210212-N-WS023-1047 TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 12, 2021) Steelworker Construstionman Adam Steeves, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, conducts measurements for debris clearance and concrete removal in support of the Tinian Harbor repair project, which will increase the ability of the port to expand future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
