“With the Soldier first initiative, I have a direct working relationship with every Soldier in the motor pool. I get the opportunity to teach Soldiers how our dispatch process works. And making sure the vehicle crews have the proper equipment needed to roll out and pass any roadside inspections,” Sgt. Colquett said.
