Lt. Col. Anisa Garcia, the assistant deputy director of clinical services at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait hospital supervised the post-vaccination observation station for the Feb. 15, 2021 and Feb. 17, 2021 second-dose COVID-19 vaccination of civilian and military medical professionals. Garcia said some vaccination recipients may experience some itching, a rash or some minor body aches, but it is nothing that cannot be handled by over-the-counter medications.
