Army Spc. Christian Ramos, 151th Quartermaster Detachment, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, said he is a team leader for air drop system, equipment and repair. The Guam native said once the pallets were loaded onto the aircraft, he and the other riggers used strings and rubber bands to attach the parachutes to the static lines on both the left and right sides of the plane.
