    146 Airlift Wing, California Air National Guard

    Members of The Civil Engineering Squadron from the 146th Airlift Wing, Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, Port Hueneme, Calif. perform their annual training at Canadian Forces Base, Cold Lake, Canada, from July 28 through Aug. 11, 2012. The engineers will take on several ventures including a renovation at a children's day care center and a grading project to build a concrete storage compound to support sea containers. Master Sergeant Darren Milner, a heavy equipment operator with the 146th AW/CES, uses an excavator to clear mud and debris from the storage pad site.
