Ball and his colleagues received a Naval Aviation Training Next - Project Avenger capabilities brief during the visit. Project Avenger is a prototype primary flight training syllabus designed to train student naval aviators to a greater level of proficiency in a shorter period of time than the traditional syllabus to increase fleet aviator availability.
