    Capt. Robert Alonso listens as Engineering Aide Gayle St. Michel explains the process for beginning life-saving procedures on a simulated injured service member during a mass casualty drill held by Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 on Camp Shields. The drill was part of a medical readiness assessment to evaluate the battalion's medical department readiness by 1st Naval Construction Division personnel. NMCB-7 is deployed to the Far East to provide construction support to shore installations in support of the global war on terrorism.
