Damage Controlman 1st Class Quincy McGlothen, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), demonstrates proper use of a self-contained breathing apparatus while training sailors on basic damage control and shipboard firefighting. McCampbell is part of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group, the U.S. Navy's only forward deployed carrier strike group, based out of Yokosuka, Japan, and is currently conducting a routine Western Pacific patrol.
