U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Commanding General Maj. Gen. Todd Royar changes out the shoulder boards on Chief Warrant Officer 5 Araceli Rial, AMCOM missile maintenance officer, with help from Rial’s son Alejandro during a promotion ceremony at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., Feb. 17. Rial is the second female to earn this rank in the Air Defense Artillery Branch but the first in her military occupational specialty.
