210304-N-BM428-0111 ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 3, 2021) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Marqutta Reed signals to an MH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Swamp Foxes” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 74, during flight quarters aboard the Alreigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) during Lightning Handshake, March 4, 2021. The USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is participating in Lightning Handshake, a bi-lateral maritime exercise between the U.S. and Royal Moroccan Navy (RMN) and Royal Moroccan Air Force (RMAF). Porter, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its ninth patrol in the U.S. Sixth Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national interests and security in Europe and Africa.
