Brigadier General Tina B. Boyd, the G6 of U.S. Army Central awards the Theater Engineer Brigade's Master Sergeant Brad Shaffer with her coin for his hard work in helping establish USARCENT's Signal University. The program offers courses for current IT professionals as well as Soldiers interested in IT careers. With six courses offered and another five in development, Signal University is an incredibly valuable asset to the CENTCOM theater. Great Work MSG Shaffer!
