Dustin Borchardt, a military working dog handler attached to Regional Command-East, Kosovo Force, is hoisted into a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during a tactical emergency care class at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo on Feb. 26, 2021. Military working dog handlers are fully trained to take care of their dogs during an emergency.
