U.S. Marine LCpl. Timothy Hamilton, Extraction Team leader, and LCpl. Jack Mcafee drag simulated casualties to a decontamination zone during an exercise on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan on August 22, 2012. U.S. Marines of CLR-37 conducted the evaluation portion of their training for the CBRN course. The evalutation was conducted to test the Marines' ability to perform in a simulated stress environment.
