U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Colin Kelly, an aircraft communications/navigation/electrical/weapons system technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadron (VMMT) 204, poses for a photo at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, March 10, 2021. Kelly's, a native of Warrington, Pennsylvania, has a simple motto: “Let’s go fix some stuff." According to his leadership, Kelly's keen discernment gained more than 130 maintenance hours on aircraft for the month of February. Kelly also ensured that new Marines who recently joined the unit were set up with barracks rooms, given computer access, and began training them on proper maintenance procedures. Kelly is a leader within his unit and truly understands the importance of teamwork and dedication to his craft.
