John Cluck assumed command of the 139th Airlift Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, from Col. Ed Black during the ceremony. Cluck enlisted into the Missouri Air National Guard in 1986 and has served as the 139th Operations Group Commander and the Vice Commander of the 139th AW.
