(Feb. 25, 2021) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Airman Tyler Todd, from Plato, Missouri, observes as a crane lowers an F/A-18 Hornet attached to the “Cowboys” of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 112, onto the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) in preparation for a flight deck firefighting drill. Truman is currently in Norfolk Naval Shipyard for its Extended Carrier Incremental Availability (ECIA) period.
