Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Jeremy Crawford, deployed with the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, demonstrates the proper technique to accomplish a valid repetition in the Deadlift event of the incoming Army Combat Fitness Test. The Deadlift is the first of six events in the test and it measures muscular strength, balance and flexibility. The event requires the Soldier deadlift a minimum of 140 pounds for three repetitions.
