210303-N-AQ438-1001 BAUCAU, Timor-Leste (March 3,2021) Builder 3rd Class James Just, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a “Philly Rod” and laser level to check elevations for the construction of the three-room schoolhouse for the local youth. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief operations.
