210219-N-WS023-1023 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 19, 2021) Builder 3rd Class Alex Wingert, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, fabricates concrete framework in preparation for mooring bollard placements in support of the Tinian Harbor repair project. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
