210301-N-WS023-1134 TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (March 1, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Nejohn Jones, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, sets up a site transit level to ensure proper depth of excavation prior to the placement of the new mooring bollard rebar and concrete foundation at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
