The Light Leaders Course trains soldiers to become more proficient Infantry leaders by developing the fundamentals of squad operations and building their leadership abilities. During the training, leaders lead their team in infantry tactical movements, land navigation, tactical planning, battle drills, patrolling, and squad field training exercises.
