The NAVSUP FLC San Diego Command Master Chief Lloyd Stanford congratulates Petty Officer First Class Omar Stewart, during an award ceremony for Sailors of the Quarter. Stewart, a logistics specialist with the Fleet Logistics Operations Department, was presented with the Senior Sailor of the Quarter award for the 1st Quarter of FY 2021 by the NAVSUP FLC San Diego Commanding Officer, Captain Timothy Brown, at the FLCSD HQ building, March 24, 2021. During the ceremony, Brown also presented Petty Officer Third Class Kijane Sayles, a logistics specialist with the Industrial Support Department, with the Junior Sailor of the Quarter award for the 1st Quarter of FY 2021. Both of the Sailors will compete with other awardees for Sailor of the Year in October.
