The Gaylor Dining Facility serves enlisted and retired military members cafeteria-style and self-serve meals. The modern facility has a full-service snack and main-entrée line, as well as a full salad and dessert bar. In addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the dining facility offers a midnight meal for airmen who work shifts.
