Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Jonathan P. Saberon, from Bakersfield, Calif., records aircraft information in an arresting gear engine room aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN 65). Aircraft information is recorded to track the usage of the purchase cable for replacement every 2,000 traps. Enterprise is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
