U.S. Marines with 2d Marine Division begin a six-mile hike during a Division Leaders Assessment Program (DLAP) at Fort Pickett, V.A., March 30, 2021. The program prepares Marine Corps captains with the ability, proficiency and skills of becoming infantry company commanders.
