Shelby Lynch, medical officer assigned to the 25th Infantry Division, looks on as Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) Chief Operating Officer Subroto Banerji, explains the Medical Care and Treatment Site (MCATS) registration process during for incoming U.S. Army medics, assigned to the 25th Infantry Division, who will support CHCC’s vaccination team in administering COVID-19 Vaccines to local community members in Saipan.
