Osborne is one of the longest-serving Chief Petty Officers in today’s Navy with more than 26 years in the CPO Mess. His career has focused on supporting, advocating for, and training Sailors in damage control – and the critical role it plays in the success of our force. He is retiring after a career of service in the surface force, the joint environment, and in support assignments in the Global War on Terrorism.
