    NORFOLK, VIRGINIA (April 5, 2021) Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Commanding Officer, Capt. Tim Barney and Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (SURFLANT) Rear Adm. Brendan McLane talk with Sailors assigned to MARMC’s recently established Fleet Training Apprenticeship Program (FTAP). McLane, who assumed command of SURFLANT in March, toured MARMC’s production facilities and received briefings on several initiatives during his first visit to the regional maintenance center.
