Staff Sgt. Brian Elrod, 436th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels laboratory noncommissioned officer in charge, removes a micron filter during the bottle method testing process at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, Jan. 12, 2021. The micron filter is weighed before the bottle test, and a gallon of fuel is then poured through the filter to collect particulates. The filter is then dried and weighed again.
