U.S. Marines with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion (2nd CEB) fly on a CH-53E Super Stallion with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 461 over Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, April 5, 2021. 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing is participating in Dynamic Cape, an operational logistics exercise simulating a Marine expeditionary force’s ability to exercise command and control in a contested environment as well as exercising naval integration in a joint environment. 2nd CEB is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Division, the ground combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force.
