VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (April 1, 2021) Capt. Rick Hayes, the outgoing commodore of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2, is relieved by Capt. Charles Eckhart during EODGRU 2’s change of command.
