Command Sgt. Maj. Todd Crofoot, senior enlisted advisor, 3rd Recruiting Brigade, speaks on the behalf of Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Withers, network assurance non- commissioned officer, G-6, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, during an award ceremony held at Fort Knox, Kentucky, April 12, 2021. In his last assignment Withers served as an Army recruiter. He is one of the rare few who has been awarded the recruiter ring for helping more than 75 soldiers join the ranks of the U.S. Army.
