A wall in the 20th Aircraft Maintenance Unit conference room is covered in notes from the Theory of Constraints core team meetings at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., April 1, 2021. The 20 AMU and 727th Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron are working on a system of processes designed to help aircraft maintainers have an easier workload. A lighter workload would help generate more aircraft at a steadier pace, allowing the 20th Special Operations Squadron to follow in line with Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q.
