Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune recently hosted Captain Roderick Boyce, deputy chief of the Medical Service Corps for a leadership session with Medical Corps Officers and other leadership from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
During the session, Captain Boyce discussed the recent Defense Health Agency transition and COVID-19 pandemic. “I’d like to echo the [United States Navy] Surgeon General’s encouragement to get vaccinated. This is a really unprecedented time for us. We really need everybody to do their part,” stated Boyce.
