A 920th Rescue Wing HC-130J Combat King II aircraft prepares to takeoff following an "elephant walk" April 10, 2021 during an exercise at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. An elephant walk is a term used to describe aircraft taxiing and taking off in close formation. The 920th RQW is the only Air Force Reserve Command unit that trains and equips Airmen to carry out its mission to plan, lead, and conduct military rescue operations and missions to deny competitors and adversaries exploitation of isolated personnel.
