Lafayette Halmon, a Communication Navigation Cryptographic Countermeasures Systems Technician instructor at CNATT Cherry Point, who was recognized as the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) noncommissioned officer of the year for 2020, at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, April 16, 2021.
