U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Jaime S. Delgado, a civil affairs specialist with the 412th Civil Affairs Battalion, 360th Civil Affairs Brigade, 35nd Civil Affairs Command, accepts the plaque identifying him as the 2021 Soldier of the Year from Command Sgt. Maj. Peter Trotter, senior enlisted advisor for U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne).
The USACAPOC (A) Best Warrior Competition was held at Fort Jackson, S.C., April 8-11 and Delgado outperformed his fellow competitors, resulting in his selection to represent USACAPOC(A) at the U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition later this summer at Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin.
