U.S. Soldiers assigned to Regional Command-East, Kosovo Force carry a mock patient out of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service store during an active shooter and mass casualty training exercise at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, on April 17, 2021. The injured were carried to a secure casualty collection point outside the store before being transported to the clinic on base. The cooperative exercise between military police and medical personnel allowed RC-E to test the response protocols in place in case of an emergency. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
