U.S. Soldiers with the 15th Engineer Company from Fort Knox, Ky., prepare a culvert that will provide drainage for two newly constructed roads at a mock village site at the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in Edinburgh, Ind., Aug. 9, 2012.
