Col. Michael Poss, garrison commander, provides comments about the outgoing and incoming company commanders April 14, 2021, during a change of ceremony for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Garrison Fort McCoy at Fort McCoy, Wis. Maj. James Lavelle, Poss, and Maj. Eddie Woody, were the main players of the event. Lavelle took command of the company from Woody. Woody moves on to a new assignment as professor of military studies at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Ill.
