Brandon Soto, 436th Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, and his wife, Emily Soto, walk retired MWD Kali during her last call at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, April 22, 2021. The last call is a ceremony used to show respect and bid farewell to a fallen police officer or MWD.
