The temporary second courtroom established on Fort Bliss stands ready to receive cases, focusing on sexual assault and sexual harassment. The permanent second courtroom should be complete by the end of July 2021. This will increase the already quick processing rate of legal cases from across the installation. The establishment of a second courtroom is one of over 40 specific tasks designed to improve or replace current systems on Fort Bliss, 18 of which have already been completed, as a part of Operation Ironclad.
