YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 30, 2021) Sailors and master labor contractors assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) participate in a simulated waterborne hazardous material (HAZMAT) spill response in Yokosuka’s Truman Bay. The simulated HAZMAT spill was part of a week-long port operations facility response training onboard CFAY. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
