Members of the Wisconsin National Guard’s Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package prepare to lift an injured patient onto a stretcher while conducting a large scale training exercise simulating an explosion at the Mall of America in Minneapolis May 1 at Volk Field, Wis.
