200430-N-SK929-1010 SANTA RITA, Guam (Apr. 30, 2021) Construction Battalion Master Chief Daniel J. Lynch, Operations Chief of the 30th Naval Construction Regiment, pins the Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist (SCWS) insignia to the uniform of a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 during a pinning ceremony on Camp Covington. The pinning of the SCWS insignia is the culmination of months of hard work and one of the most notable milestones in the career of a Seabee. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
