Sgt. Jonathan Gleeson, a chemical biological radiological nuclear specialist with Headquarters and Service Company, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, loads his magazine with 5.56 mm rounds before shooting on Range 407A here Sept. 6, 2012. Gleeson, a Schoharie, N.Y., native, engaged targets with two to three rounds each to complete qualification. H&S Company conducted a Combat Marksmanship Program shoot in preparation for Exercise Steel Knight, a battalion-scale training exercise that increases the Marines readiness to deploy.
