1st Lt. Alex Gilland, Company C, 1st battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, packs up his gear to move on to his next plotted point on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, April 26, 2021. Completing the day land navigation course pushes Soldiers to obtain the Expert Infantryman Badge. Land Navigation has them operate in an unfamiliar environment which tests their abilities and helps them overcome the challenges of adapting and leadership.
