Master Sgt. Roxanne Richards, a Logistics Civil Augmentation Program professional assigned to the 405th Army Field Support Brigade, speaks to a fellow contracting officer at their office in Poznań, Poland. Richards has worked as an Active Duty Operational Support-Reserve Component Soldier with the 405th AFSB for the past six months. During that time she has deployed to Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base in Romania for 6 weeks. She was assigned to the brigade headquarters in Kaiserslautern, Germany, for a period of time. And now she is based in Poland and responsible for all the LOGCAP contracting requirements for Latvia, Lithuania Hungary and Poland, as well as Estonia during DEFENDER-Europe 21.
