Col. Carl Magnusson, 914th Air Refueling Wing commander, pins the Air Force Civilian Award for Valor on Mr. Randy Wilson, 914th Security Forces Squadron plans and programs chief, during a ceremony at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York on April 27, 2021. Wilson responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Aug. 23, 2018, where one trailer caught fire, trapping the driver. Wilson rushed to remove the driver from the burning vehicle which soon after exploded--saving his life.
