    Members of the NAVSUP FLC San Diego Fuels Department take a group photo with Steve Frey, Regional Fuels director, following an awards ceremony where he was presented with the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award at the Defense Fuel Support Point, Point Loma in San Diego, April 27, 2021. Frey retired after 54-year career with the federal government, 26 of them with NAVSUP FLC San Diego. During his time with the command, Frey made significant improvements to the Fuels program that will have a lasting impact on all Southwest Regional fuels operations, and the Navy.
